These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of any digital products, cookbooks, journals, printables, guides, or other materials ("Products") sold through The Nourishment Series™, operated by Northstar Digital Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

4. License Grant
Upon purchase, you receive a LIMITED, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, PERSONAL license to use the purchased products.
You MAY:

- Forward a purchased download link as a gift to one recipient
You MAY NOT:
- Share, distribute, or give away the files to multiple people

13. Email Communications
By purchasing or opting in on our website, you may receive transactional emails (order confirmations, download links) and, if you opted in, marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to your purchase.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in Idaho courts.
